Alison Dunn is the Chief Executive for Citizens Advice Gateshead. A former solicitor and manager of the Community Legal Advice Centre, Alison has led a significant programme of change and developed new and improved advice services for Gateshead residents. Citizens Advice Gateshead is recognised locally and nationally for its innovative service delivery and this is reflected in its current income profile which includes the management of the Citizens Advice national telephone helpline.
Alison sits on a number of strategic partnerships including Gateshead Strategic Partnership, Reducing Reoffending, and Financial capability. Alison is committed to achieving the best outcomes for the organisation, its staff, volunteers and the individuals they support.
