Neil is a successful project manager with over 25 years’ experience of managing people and change in local government and the third sector. A policy, research and information specialist, he has a good track record in evaluating projects, services and partnerships.
His experience in the third sector includes local, regional and national charities, such as Mind, Age UK, Voices Northumberland, to provide infrastructure, information and policy support to member organisations. He has been volunteering since he was 16.
Neil’s 11 years in local government focused on health and social care planning in partnership with NHS organisations, and on equalities work.
He has been the Consortium’s Business Development Manager since August 2014.
