The Empty Space/RHWE – Wacky Kids Day
The Empty Space and Reviving the Heart of the West End’s Community Producing project, supported by the Well Newcastle Gateshead Arts Fund, has been going very well and has reached a group of parents and children in the area.
In this video, parents and children talk about Wacky Kids Days activities as part of the project, and the impact they have had on them and the local community.

Friends Action North East are looking for volunteers to help run art and dance activities as part of their Make Art, Make Friends project, supported by the Well Newcastle Gateshead Arts Fund.

Autumn Conference: Helping Vulnerable Children in Our Schools and Communities
Children North East and North East Wellbeing will be holding a special event in November to explore how innovative practice can be joined up to improve the life chances of vulnerable children. There will be inspirational content from a range of partners and speakers, including Great North Children’s Hospital. There will also be a puppetry session from 4M Puppets!
Please see below for further details, including information on how to book a place. Well Newcastle Gateshead will also have a presence at the event, to speak to attendees about the Arts Fund and recently funded projects.
